ISLAMABAD, April 8 : Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan, Mr. Justice (R) Hamid Ali Mirza has called upon the Members of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh to elect to the Senate one Member from that Province on 27th of April, 2011.
The election will be held against the General Seat, which has fallen vacant with effect from the 1st April, 2011 on account of resignation tendered by Dr. Khatu Mal Jeewan.
Nomination papers will be received on the 11 and 12 of April while election to the Senate seat will be held at the Provincial Assembly Hall on 27th of April, 2011.
