LAHORE, March 14 : The issue of lotas (turncoats) has intensified in Punjab as lotas carrying women members of Pakistan People's Party (PPP)staged a strong protest at Chohang Cross in Lahore on Monday.
The PPP women protesters, carrying colorful lotas and banners, chanted slogans against the Punjab Government.
They were demanding an apology from the Punjab Government while alleging it of initiating an unconstitutional act of making alliance with the lotas (turncoats).
PPP leader Faiza Malik said on the occasion that her party will highlight every unconstitutional act; the court should also take notice of turncoats' issue.
