OBARO, March 19 : An enraged husband gunned down his wife in the premises of court for demanding separation, here on Saturday.
According to police Saira Bano had developed differences with her husband Jamal Mehr over domestic disputes and she moved the court for separation.
On Saturday Jamal Mehr opened fire at his wife in the court premises when she was coming out after appearing in the court, killing her on the spot. The accused tried to flee but the police arrested him
During early interrogation the accused refused to admit the charges and said that Saira Bano was killed by her brother and it was a conspiracy against him.
