LODHRAN, Jan 04 : Three people were injured when a train hit a trawler at railway crossing near Lodhran city on Tuesday.
According to police a trawler carrying three people was rammed over by a Faisalabad bound passenger train coming from Karachi near Lodhran city.
As a result of accident three people were injured. The injured were rushed to local hospital where according to hospital sources their condition was stable.
Local sources said that the accident took place due to mistake of railways employ deployed at the crossing, who left the gate opened at the time of arrival of the train.
