LAHORE, Jan 04 : Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah on Tuesday said that N-League will not join hands with those indulging in politics of extortion and petrol permits.
Talking to media persons here Punjab Law Minister said that designs of the evil-mongers would be frustrated after the decision of PML-N at the conclusion of going meeting of Central Executive Committee meeting in Islamabad.
“Extortionists and petrol permit seekers were pressurizing the government but PML-N will not become part of their policies,” the Punjab law minister declared.
Rana Sanaullah said that without having majority in the House, some of the politicians were busy in futile efforts only to blackmail the rulers and get media projection.
“Every thing will become clear to the public in the coming days that who was behind creating present political crisis in the country,” Rana Sanaullah said and added that PML-N has neither supported the present government nor would do so in future.
He further said that major challenges to the government were corruption and price hike which must be redressed to extend relief to the masses who were living in terrible condition.
The leader of MQM Faisal Sabzwari reacting to the statement of Rana Sanaullah said that MQM believes that politicians should avoid playing in the hands of extortionists but statement of Punjab Law Minister was vague and had not blamed any party.
Sabzwari said that MQM Chief Altaf Hussain has prohibited all the members from using foul language against political rivals and the same was advised by the Chief of PML-N Mian Nawaz Sharif to his party members. However he said Rana Sanaullah has not yet received press release of his party leader.
Sabzwari said that they were also aware of the past history of various political leaders and their wrong doings, but it would be better to refrain from using derogatory and abusive language against political rivals.
