Govt files appeal to defer NRO hearing

ISLAMABAD: The government has filed an appeal Monday morning for deferring hearing of the NRO implementation case in Supreme Court. Attorney General Moulvi Anwar-ul-Haq filed the government appeal in the court. The plea said that the Prime Minister could not work on the case due to pressing engagements. The Prime Minister wants thorough appraisal of the legal aspects of the summary sent by the Ministry of Law.
