ISLAMABAD: Secretariat Police registered a case against Hyderabad's Additional Sessions Judge Muhammad Faheem for enjoying the protocol of Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Iftikhar Chaudhry's guest without the approval of CJP.Supreme Court Officer Qazi Shahid Mehmood filed an application with Secretariat Police that Justice (r) Muhammad Nawaz Abbasi's secretary Muhammad Usman and protocol officer Muhammad Afzal booked a room in Balochistan House for Hyderabad's Additional Sessions Judge Muhammad Faheem by saying that he was guest of CJP. Faheem lived in the room for seven days (from 06-06-2010 to 13-06-2010). The CJ had neither invited any person nor instructed to book a room in Balochistan House. Police have registered an FIR Vide No 171 under section 419 against Additional Sessions Judge Muhammad Faheem. |
