GUJRAT, April 12 : Three persons were killed and two others injured in clash between two rival groups, here on Monday -Tuesday night.Police sources said two rivals groups of village Chakrian of Gujrat traded fire over a petty dispute. Both groups used heavy and automatic weapons against each other. Three people were killed and two others sustained injuries in cross firing. Heavy contingent of police, soon after getting information of the incident,reached the scene and shifted the bodies and injured to local hospital.
A case has also been registered against armed men of both groups but no arrest could be made in this regard.
According to police both the groups were in old enmity over property and some other disputes and both had traded fire several times during recent past.
