ISLAMABAD, April 11 : Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf, Spokesperson Sardar Tariq Azam Khan has strongly condemned the discretion of Holy Quran in United Kingdom and urged the International Community to take strict action against the culprits to promote interfaith harmony.
In a statement issued on Monday, the spokesperson has regretted that the perpetrator of another unfortunate incident in the US, Terry Jones who burnt the Holy Quran a few weeks ago has also not been arrested or prosecuted.
He said that government should immediately move to the OIC members and seek urgent meeting of the body to raise the issue in the United Nations Security Council.
He said as per UN General Assembly proclaims everyone is entitled to all freedom rights, and freedom set forth in this declaration without discrimination of any kind such as race, color, religion, political or social origin.
