LARKANA, April 09 : A large number of employees of Food Department Larkana observed protest and staged a sit-in in favour of their demands here Saturday.
They were demanding reinstatement of sacked employees, payment of uniform allowance for the past 8 years, non observing of quota of sons of employees and other issues.
On the occasion protestors were holding banners and placards inscribed slogans in the favor of their demands.
While talking to media men President Food Department Employees Union Shah Rakhio Lashari and other union representatives appealed to their elected representative to raise voice for their genuine demands in floor of the provincial assembly.
They threatened to continue their protest till all their demands are accepted by the provincial government.
