MIRANSHAH, March 01 : Four tribesmen, allegedly involved in spying for US forces in Afghanistan, were shot dead by Taliban militants here in North Waziristan Agency.
Sources said that bullet riddled bodies of four local tribesmen, who were earlier kidnapped by Taliban, were recovered from Dattakhel Road of Miranshah, the headquarters of North Waziristan, on Tuesday.
A letter was also found with the bodies with a statement that the said tribesmen were killed by Taliban for their involvement in spying for US forces in Afghanistan which carry out attacks in different areas of the tribal agency upon information provided by the 'spies'.
