LAHORE, March 19 : A contempt of court petition was field against Additional and Sessions Judge Yousaf Ojla and Judicial Magistrate Chaudhry Anique Ahmad on Saturday in the Supreme Court Lahore Registry.
The petition was filed by Barrister Zafarullah in which he pleaded that both the judges have committed contempt of court by releasing American national Raymond Davis.
The petition said that Raymond Davis case was under proceedings in the Supreme Court of Pakistan and the judges ordered release of Davis neglecting the Pakistani laws.
The petition urged the court to register contempt of court case against both the judges.
