QUETTA, Jan 01: Two persons were killed and 16 others injured in separate incidents in different localities of Balochistan, police said Saturday.
According to Levies sources, one person identified as Latif Magsi was gunned down over old enmity in Gandawa area of Jhal Magsi.
In Kachlak area of provincial capital Quetta, a motorcyclist identified as Bashir Ahmed was killed and his two companions injured after being hit by a speeding car. The driver fled away from the scene along with car after the incident.
In another incident, three security personnel were killed after militants attacked security personnel with hand grenades in Kharan Bazaar.
At least eight persons were injured in separate road mishaps in Qalat and Mastung areas of the province.
Meanwhile, six persons were injured in armed clash between two tribes in Naseerabad localities.
Separate cases have been registered against miscreants at concerned police station and investigations were initiated.
