Three more killed in different firing incidents

KARACHI, Dec 06: At least three more persons were killed and two others injured in different incidents of firing here on Monday, police sources said.

According to details, two unidentified armed motorcyclists opened indiscriminate fire at a man identified as Muhammad Hussain of 60 when he was returning home after purchasing paint from a shop near Riaz Girls College in Liaqatabad area, killing him on the spot and in the same area, a man named Denial was received serious injuries in another incident of firing opened by armed men. The injured later was shifted to hospital.

An unidentified tortured body of a 30 year old man was found in a bag from Machhar Colony. The Dock police shifted the dead body to Civil Hospital.

Police sources said that initial report suggest the deceased was prior kidnapped by some unidentified persons who later shot dead to him. The kidnappers tortured him, cut hairs of eyebrows and head of the deceased and threw him near port in Machhar colony area.

Police said that a youth who was received serious injuries from bullets opened by unidentified persons near NJV School, Muhammad Ali Jinnah Road also succumbed to his injuries in the Hospital. Identity of the victim could not be ascertained yet.

In another incident occurred in Steel Town area, a man identified as Albela Bugti also sustained serious injuries when some unidentified armed men opened fire at him. The injured was shifted to hospital for medical treatment.
