GHALANAI: A pair of explosions inside the Political Aghent's office in Mohmand tribal region Monday killed around 50 people.
According to reports the blasts at the Political Agent's office in Ghalanai, the chief town of Mohmand tribal region, also wounded over 120 people. One of the two blasts said to be a suicide attack.
The administration has imposed curfew in the area after the bombing incident.
According to eyewitnesses the blast hit the political agency office when tribal elders and the local administration officials were engaged in talks. A suicide bomber detonated his explosives after which another blast was also happened.
The injured were being transferred to local hospital and the hospitals of Peshawar, where the authorities have declared emergency after the deadly bombing.
