120 hoarded sugar bags recovered; one arrested in Sialkot

SIALKOT, : The local authorities have recovered 120 bags of hoarded sugar and arrested one accused in a raid in the out skirts of Sialkot on Tuesday.

The Deputy District Officer (DDO) of Sialkot, Abdul Sattar Issani, told newsmen that after receiving a tip off from an anonymous source, we moved quickly and raided a godown on Pasroor Road.He added that 120 bags of hoarded sugar were recovered from the godown and one accused was arrested during the raid."We would continue to take prompt action against the hoarders and the> profiteers," the DDO Sialkot added.
