KARACHI: Five more persons were killed in shooting incidents in Karachi on Monday increasing total death toll in fresh spate of violence in the metropolis to 11.
Two persons were shot dead in North Karachi and New Karachi areas this morning, while an injured succumbed to his injuries today.
In another incident gunmen killed a man at Kala Board in Malir, while a dead body found in fishing community of Ibrahim Hyderi.
Earlier, three persons shot dead near Nagan Chowrangi U.P. More. The deceased Nabeel 25, Noman 35 and Ansar 25, said to be affiliated with outlawed Sipah-e-Sahaba militant group.
Farhan 16, was shot dead near Yousuf Plaza in Federal B Area. In two other incidents of shooting Dilawar Maseeh 22, and Tanveer 35, were killed in Korangi 2 1/2 and Rizvia Society localities.
Four more persons were admitted at various city hospitals with gunshot wounds.
