ABBOTTABAD: A local court Friday issued last warning for confiscation of property of former president Pervez Musharraf. The court warned police to confiscate the property and submit compliance report within three days or to face stern action. District and Sessions Judge Abbottabad Abdul Mateen Khan had declared former president Pervez Musharraf as absconder in kidnapping case of Ateeq-ur-Rehman-an official of intelligence agency-and issued orders for confiscation of his movable and immovable property. Peshawar High Court has also maintained the district court's decision.
