President to address joint sitting of Parliament on March 16

ISLAMABAD, Feb 22 : President Asif Ali Zardari has summoned a joint sitting of the Parliament on March 16, presidency sources said Monday.

The President will address joint sitting of the Parliament on March 16.

The Core Committee of Pakistan Peoples Partly has decided to present before the National Assembly the bill to repeal the 17th Constitutional Amendment, concluding the constitutional reforms prior to Zardari’s address, sources added.

The PPP committee has also issued instructions to Chairman Constitutional Reforms Committee Raza Rabbani in this regard. INP
