3 security forces personnel perish as NATO container fells on their van

CHAMAN, Feb 12 : Three security personnel were killed as a container supplying goods to NATO forces overturned and fell over a security forces pickup at Pak-Afghan Highway near Chaman Grid station on Friday.

According to details, the goods supplying container of NATO forces was on its way to Afghanistan when it turned turtle due to poor conditions of road at Highway near Chaman grid station and fell over a pickup carrying some three security personnel.

As a result of accident, all the security personnel were killed on the spot.

Pak army and heavy contingent of the Frontier Constabulary (FC) reached the spot and recovering the bodies from wreckage of destroyed pickup shifted them to hospital.

Security forces detaining the container driver have initiated the investigation.INP
