HARIPUR, : At least three persons were killed and 17 others sustained injuries when a bus plunged into a deep ditch in Pinian area of Haripur on Sunday.
According to sources, the ill fated bus traveling from Abbotabad to Islamabad anticipating a sharp diversion at Pinian went out of the control of the driver and plunged in a crevice, sources said. Three persons were killed and 17 passengers including five women were injured in the mishap.
Police and other rescue teams reached to the spot after the incident and 14 injured were admitted at district headquarters hospital and three others transferred to Abbotabad hospital. INP
