Women among 13 injured in fog related road mishaps at GT Road

LAHORE, Dec 31 : As many as 13 people including three women sustained injuries in various road mishaps due to fog at GT Road near Munnu Abad Lahore.

According to police due to poor sight as a result of foggy weather dozens of vehicles collided and rammed into each other on Thursday resulting in injuries and damage to vehicle.

At G.T Road a truck knocked down a coaster and as a result, 13 people including three women sustained critical injuries. The injuries were shifted to hospital for medical treatment.

Besides, this accident also caused 7 more busses and cars to collide with one another.

Meanwhile, motorway police officials have issued warning against careless driving on motorway and adopt precautionary measures.INP
