MIANWALI, :Police claimed to have arrested a suicide bomber and recovered from his possession heavy amount of exclusives weighing 350-kg as well as a suicide jacket from his possession on Thursday morning.
Addressing a press conference at DPO Mianwali office, DIG Sargodha Javaid Islam said the arrest was made when the bomber driving a car tried to enter in Mianwali from Dera Ismail Khan area. He said the bomber was intersected and arrested by police during checking at two-city border.
According to sources, he was identified as Amanullah aged 24 and was resident of Bhakkar area.
Arrested terrorist wanted to target some official building, sources said.INP
