SWAT, : At least four extremists were killed in clashes with security forces during search operations in Banarrgi area of Barrikot, official sources said Thursday.
According to reports, the security forces conducted major search operations in Banarrgi area of Tehsil Barrikot. The extremist groups retaliated during search operation during which four extremist were killed and a security personnel also received bullet injuries.
The killed extremists were later identified as Vice Commander Rehmat, Rahemm, Gul Nawaz and Sunny Gul.
Wireless sets, hand grenades and other ammunition and rounds were also recovered from the possession of the killed extremists. INP
