LAHORE:  A court Thursday rejected US gunmen Raymond Davis' plea for diplomatic  immunity during hearing of double murder case in Kot Lakhpat Jail  Lahore. 
Charges will be framed against CIA contractor Davis on March 08.
Davis, 36, shot dead two men in Lahore on January 27.
The lawyers of the families of two deceased informed the court that the matter about diplomatic immunity to Raymond Davis has been under consideration of the Lahore High Court, so the matter should not be heard till the high court decides the matter.
Davis' counsel Zahid Hussain Bokhari argued before the court over the immunity to his client.
The court observed that the defence could not produce the documents issued by the government of Pakistan to prove the plea of diplomatic immunity to the accused.
The court adjourned the hearing till March 08.
Asad Maqbool Butt, the counsel of the families of deceased, told the media outside the court that the court has rejected Davis' plea for diplomatic immunity.
