KARACHI, Dec 27 : Sindh Home Minister Dr. Zulfiqar Mirza said on Monday that he knew who the assassins and mastermind behind Shahed Benazir Bhutto’s assassination are.
In an interaction with media in Ghari Khuda Buksh, the home minister said that all the details of the report into the Benazir Bhutto case will be made public soon adding, son of slain Benazir has been apprised with details of the report.
Mirza also said that Interior Minister Rehman Malik was responsible for briefing Bilawal about the investigations yesterday; however, he was unable to do that due to certain reasons.
Reports say that during PPP workers meeting, President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari has asked Sindh Home Minister Zulfiqar Mirza to refrain from giving provocative statement against the coalition partners.
“Such statements against coalition partners would cause problems for the government,” Asif Ali Zardari said and added that the same did not reflect the vision and ideology of Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto.
The president advised the Sindh coalition partners to follow the party discipline as envisaged by the Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani.
