Supreme Court hears Naudero power plant case

ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court Tuesday directed concerned party to payback all advance amount for Guddu and Naudero II power plants to the government with interest and inform the court tomorrow.

Hassan Pervez, the counsel of Central Power Generation Co. Ltd (CPGCL) said that the Guddu Power Project was not materialized as the government failed to provide place and gas for the project.

The hearing of the case adjourned till tomorrow.
