SIALKOT, Dec 22 : Police Wednesday arrested the merciless person who killed his one and half year old niece over family feud in Muradpur area here.
According to details, the accused whose name was not confirmed had differences with his brother in-law Muhammad Asghar residing in Muradpur area of Sialkot over domestic disputes.
The culprit, some two months earlier, had kidnapped his one and half year old niece Zaineb and threw her body in a canal after strangulating her to death.
The police over report of father of the deceased arrested the accused who confessed the crime.
Interrogation officer Athar Ghafoor said that police was investigating the accused and search for the body of the deceased was also underway.
