3 perished, 10 injured in road mishap

FAISALABAD, Dec 01: Three persons were killed and ten others injured in head-on-collision between passenger bus and trailer near Balochni locality of Faisalabad on Wednesday.

According to police, a Faisalabad-bound passenger bus coming from Sheikhupura collided head-on with a trailer coming from opposite direction near Balochni area of Faisalabad.

As a result of accident, three persons were killed on the spot while 10 others sustained injuries. The injured and bodies were shifted to Allied and Civil Hospitals Faisalabad.

Bus driver responsible for the accident managed to flee from the spot leaving the vehicle on the spot.

The police registered a case against the bus driver responsible for the accident and started search for him.
