KARACHI: Southern port city of Pakistan Friday mourns bomb attack at Sufi shrine of Abdullah Shah Ghazi yesterday which killed at least eight people and injured several others.
Angry mobs set two buses on fire in Karachi as police arrested several persons for rioting in Malir, Shah Faisal and Garden areas of Karachi.
Various political parties including Muttahida Qaumi Movement, Sunni Tehrik, Jamat Islaim etc have announced the day of mourning today.
Public transport has been less than normal with thin attendance in schools and offices.
The authorities have stepped up security in troubled metropolis and all shrines have been closed for public.
