Govt prays more time in NRO verdict review

ISLAMABAD: The government on Saturday filed a plea in Supreme Court praying for more time in National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO) verdict review case. Advocate-on-record Raja Abdul Ghafoor informed the court that the government counsel in the case Kamal Azfar has been appointed an advisor and the government need some time to nominate a new lawyer in his place. The case hearing has been fixed on October 13.
