Israeli troops wipe out entire Arab village off the map

NEGEV, (PIC)-- Thousands of Israeli soldiers besieged the Arab village of Arakib in the Negev desert as Israeli municipal teams bulldozed the entire village off the map.

Eyewitnesses told the PIC that the village existed no more after the municipality teams leveled all 45 houses under the pretext of lack of permits.

They added that the soldiers forced all inhabitants out of their homes before tearing down their homes while helicopters hovered in the sky to monitor the operation.

Arakib is one of 45 Arab villages in various Negev areas, which were all founded before the usurpation of Palestine at the hands of Zionist gangs in 1948.

The Israeli state that was established after usurping Palestine never recognized those villages that remained without basic municipal services.

Observers fear that the operation might signal the start of razing the remaining villages.
