RAWALPINDI, July 23: His Excellency Mr. Liu Jain, the incoming Chinese Ambassador called on Chief of Army Staff, General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani at General Headquarters on Friday.
During the meeting they discussed matters of mutual interest including on going military cooperation between the two countries.
The COAS praised the professional standards of the Chinese army and expressed his satisfaction at the outcome of the recently held joint military exercise between the armies of the two countries to combat terrorism.
