SRINAGAR, May 31 : The Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front-R, Farooq Ahmed Dar has said that killing of three innocent Kashmiris in a fake encounter in Kupwara by Indian troops has exposed India ’s claims of safeguarding human rights.
In a statement issued here Monday, Farooq Dar said that Indian troops were inhumanly killing innocent Kashmiri youth for rewards and medals. He said that such incidents would continue to occur till withdrawal of Indian troops from the occupied territory.
He demanded an international probe into the fake encounter killings in the occupied territory.
The JKLF-R leader said that the discovery of unnamed mass graves was proof of the fact that the troops killed the innocent youth and buried them secretly.
He deplored that on one hand, India was talking about holding dialogue to fool the international community, while on the other, Indian troops were committing genocide of Kashmiri people.
