ISLAMABAD, Feb 23 : President Asif Ali Zardari today hosted lunch for Dr. Farooq Sattar, Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Mr. Babar Ghuri, Minister for Ports & Shipping. Interior Minister Mr. Rehman A. Malik was also present during the lunch.
Overall political situation, coalition matters and law & order situation was discussed during the luncheon meeting.
Dr. Farooq Sattar presented to the President booklet containing MQM proposals for local bodies polls.
The President said that the proposals will be considered by the coalition partners in the provincial government.
The meeting expressed satisfaction over the improvement of law and order situation.
