MARDAN, Jan 05 : A girl was shot dead and three other persons including a minor sustained injuries in different violent incidents here on Tuesday.
In first incident, a man Shah Syed S/o Syed Jamal shot dead his daughter due to some unknown reasons in Katti Garhi village when she was sleeping with her grand mother late last night. Later, the father managed to flee from the scene and appeared before the police and registered murder case against his brother Syed Bar Shah in the local police station.
In other incident, three accused Abid, his brothers Farhad and Fazal Dad opened indiscriminate fire on Nadir Khan in Chughru Banda village in the outskirt of the city, in which he received critical injuries.
In third incident of violence, a man Sabaz Ali allegedly fired bullet shots on a Head Master of a local school, Shams Alam and injured him when he was going back to his home from the school.
A five years minor girl also injured when an unidentified motorcyclist hit her in Dagai Shahpaar Hoti area of the city.
The police after registering separate cases into all the incidents, launched investigations to hunt the criminals . INP
