PESHAWAR: An explosion at Ring Road near the residence of Aurangzeb Khan MPA injured the member of the provincial assembly and completely destroyed his car.
Injured MPA and two others have been shifted to the Lady Reading hospital, Peshawar for medical treatment.
According to DCO Peshawar , the bomb device was likely to be planted in roadside garbage heap or beneath the bridge and it might be a remote-controlled device.
The member of the provincial assembly, his driver and security guard were injured in the attack. Around three to four kilogramme explosives were used in the device.
